International Law Events at Northwestern

Our neighbors at Northwestern Law have invited us to a very interesting pair of events that they are hosting:

(1) a documentary film screening this Thursday, November 29 on Darfur; and
(2) a Symposium reviewing international criminal litigation in 2007.

Here is the event page for the screening this Thursday:
http://www.law.northwestern.edu/ewc/details.cfm?EventID=8844. It's a
screening of a documentary on Darfur made by a former Captain in the US
Marines.

The Symposium is on January 25th and, here is the event page:
http://www.law.northwestern.edu/jihr/events/events_01252008.html It should
be a great event -- prosecutors from the various tribunals are traveling in
from around the world to report back on what they think have been the most
important developments this year in international criminal law.
